October 11th is International Day of the Girl, and its another #MSKtakeover in Middle GA! This year's theme is "GirlForce: Unscripted and unstoppable."
Our leadership program for girls serves to cultivate the NOW generation of Black girls to Lead.Be.Do. We give them the tools, skills, and resources to advocate for themselves , their peers, and their community, and we support them as they learn to break boundaries and take charge of their own future.
This will be even more epic than in years past, as girls engage decision makers and stakeholders on ways they can help reduce violence and address race-based historical harms against Black girls, women, and within their community.
