What We Believe.
What We Do.
We develop, implement, and direct training programs, workshops, and community initiatives to educate, empower, and engage women and girls to increase their ability to advocate for themselves, for peers, and within their communities.
Founded in 2012, the vision for our work emerged following the founder’s campaign for elected office. Recognizing the tremendous void of women in elected leadership positions within her community, particularly women of color, our Founder began the work of empowering women and young girls of color to have a legitimate voice in the decision making process.
In 2014, we launched My Sister's Keeper - a leadership development and mentor program, with a civic engagement and service based curriculum for middle and high school girls. The program also includes a travel component.
We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.
